Italian Speaker — Junior Account Executive
About this position
We are searching for a hardworking, motivated, and extroverted sales person, who will build up and manage a personal portfolio of clients in the territory of Italy. No prior sales experience required, but can be an advantage. This is a commission-only vacancy with uncapped earning potential.
Your responsibilities
  • Autonomous acquisition of prospective business client in Italy.
  • Respectful presentation of our offers and services.
  • Establishing strong relationships with customers through weekly follow-ups and on-site visits.
  • Negotiating short-term and long-term contracts with high-level executives
  • Closing deals and achieving sales targets
  • CRM related work. Logging and reporting of calls, emails, visits, and deals at a highly-detailed level.
Your personal characteristics

In addition of knowledge in the field of reading and interpreting diamond Certificates and an intuitive feel for prices and trends you should have the following required qualities to succeed:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Italian and English
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence, tact, and a persuasive manner
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Be a self-motivated individual
  • Solid inter-personal skills, maturity, patience, IT skills
  • Setting personal monthly and annual sales targets and over-achieving them
  • Above all, you should have a high level of persistence
